Lost Ape Of Killa is an Italian Alternative/Metal/Crossover band from Catania (Sicily). The band was born in august 2005 by singer Federico De Luca and drummer Luca Bajardi. Federico and Luca soon begin to search for a guitarist and end up finding Pietro Blanca. During September 2006, after several auditions to find a bassist, Blu Falabella joins the band as a bass player. In Jenuary 2007 L.a.o.K enter Ueickap Home Studio in Catania to record their first demo, "Midnight Pumpkins". During April 2007 the first three songs from "Midnight Pumpkins" get transmitted by a Californian radio, KRBS, in the radioshow Rockin' The Nations. Later the song "For People" gets selected to be part of a CD compilation, Moon Bear CD compilation (click the banner below for more info), a CD compilation project designed to raise funds to help Animals Asia rescue and rehabilitate Moon Bears. In May 2007 a new era begins: L.a.o.K. joins the roster of Noiz Addiction Records, label and booking-management agency. Now the band is hard at work on their debut album.
